Privacy Policy
Last updated: Oct 17, 2026
Your privacy is important to Arc Tech Studio. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across the products and services we provide. Please review this policy to understand our privacy practices.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information is data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person.
We do not collect, store, or use personal information when you visit, download, install, upgrade, or use our products, except for information you voluntarily submit to us, such as when you send an error report, contact support, or participate in other activities.
We may use personal information you submit only for the following purposes: to help us develop, deliver, maintain, and improve our products and services; to respond to your requests; and to manage surveys or other activities you choose to participate in.
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
(1) Your prior permission;
(2) To comply with applicable law, legal process, or lawful requests from public authorities;
(3) To protect our rights, property, interests, or safety.
AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION
Our apps and the third-party services integrated into them may automatically collect and process information about your device, app installation, and interactions with app features. This may include device model, operating system, app version, language, country or region, installation and distribution information, usage events, and app or device identifiers. Some of this information may qualify as personal data under applicable law, even when it does not include your name or contact details.
Usage Analytics
Our apps use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how features are used and to improve product performance and the user experience. Analytics information may include feature interaction events, automatically collected app events, device and app information, and an app-instance identifier used to distinguish an installation of an app. Google processes this information on our behalf to provide analytics reports.
We use this service for product usage analysis. The data collected also depends on the platform, SDK version, permissions, and configuration, including settings for advertising identifiers and advertising-related integrations. For more information about Google's data practices, please see Privacy and Security in Firebase and the Google Privacy Policy.
Advertising Services (Applicable Only to Arc Player for iOS)
Arc Player for iOS uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. This advertising section does not currently apply to Arc Player for Android or our other products.
Google and the advertising partners involved in ad delivery may collect and process information such as IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, device and app identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic information. This information may be used to deliver and measure advertisements, personalize advertisements where permitted, manage ad frequency, and detect and prevent fraud. These services may access device storage and use identifiers for these purposes, subject to applicable consent requirements.
Where required, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request advertising-related consent and provide privacy choices, including for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Applicable privacy options allow users to review or change their choices. Depending on those choices and applicable requirements, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited, and some ad requests may not be filled.
On iOS, tracking that requires permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework is subject to the system authorization process. You can manage tracking permission in your device's Settings. Declining tracking permission does not by itself disable all advertisements or analytics; Apple tracking permission and other privacy consent choices are separate.
For more information, please see the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We take precautions including administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
If you choose to contact us, submit feedback, or share information in connection with any of our products or services, you are responsible for the personal information you choose to provide. Please use caution when sharing such information.
